Reality Transurfing – the 11 ideas that actually change how your life feels and turns out
1. The Alternative Space
Every version of your life already exists. Your next thought / decision is the remote control that jumps you to a different "track". Stop waiting for the world to change – pick the track you want by acting, speaking and thinking as the version of you who already lives there.
2. Pendulums (energy vampires)
Any group-idea that wants your emotional reaction (drama, news-feed outrage, office gossip) is a "pendulum". Starve it = stop feeding it with your attention or emotion. Detach, don't argue, and it loses the only power it has – yours.
3. Wave of Fortune
Good runs come in waves. You catch the wave by being relaxed, grateful and lightly expectant – never by clutching or forcing. One tiny "lucky" event is the universe telling you the set is coming; keep the vibe steady and ride it.
4. Excessive Potential = repellent
The moment you pedestal a goal ("I MUST have this or I'm worthless") you create a balancing force that pushes it away. Lower the holy-grail importance: want it, but be fine without it. The fastest way is to joke about your own obsession.
5. Induced Transition
One charged negative thought is a match that can burn down the whole day. Cut the spiral early: 90-second rule – feel the feeling without the story, then deliberately remember or do something that even slightly feels better.
6. Rustle of the Morning Stars
The subtle "yes" or "no" felt in chest/gut is your soul previewing the track ahead. Practise noticing it: ask small questions ("tea or coffee?") and watch the micro-response. The muscle you build is the compass for the big calls.
7. Intention types
Inner intention = you push. Outer intention = life pulls. Use both: state clearly what you want (inner), then shut up and let the world deliver unexpected doors (outer). The split is 30 % deliberate action, 70 % allowance.
8. Heart–Mind treaty
If head says "reasonable" and heart feels heavy, the track is wrong. Re-write the goal until imagining it makes your body lighten; now the mind can plan the concrete steps without inner civil war.
9. Slides
The 30-second inner movie you keep re-running is the template reality copies. Upgrade the clip: run a short vivid scene of the end result already true, add sound-colour-touch, loop it a couple of times while smiling. Let it go.
10. Goals & Doors
The right goal feels like curiosity and play, not like proving worth. The right door opens with a soft click; if you have to kick it, try the next one. Keep the goal steady, stay flexible on the path.
11. Soul Fraile – your private frequency
The things that make you lose track of time are not hobbies, they are homing beacons. Schedule them weekly; they recalibrate you to the track meant for you. Charisma, luck and "coincidences" spike when you're broadcasting your native pitch.
Remember: nothing "out there" decides – the next inner stance you take is the track-select button.
